Class Description

This all-levels Vinyasa yoga class blends mindful movement, breath, and nervous system awareness to help you build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body.

We'll move through a flowing sequence that gradually builds warmth and energy before slowing down to create space for restoration and integration. Throughout class, you'll be encouraged to move in a way that honors your body, making this an accessible and supportive practice for a wide range of experience levels.

Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, build strength, or simply enjoy moving your body, you'll leave feeling more grounded, energized, and connected.

Who is this for?

This class is designed for adults of all experience levels—from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

Options and modifications will be offered throughout class so you can choose the version that feels best for your body on any given day. If you have a current injury, recent surgery, or are pregnant, I encourage you to connect with me before class so we can discuss any helpful modifications.

About your Instructor, Abbie

Abbie Kaufmann is an embodiment coach, RYT-500 yoga teacher, speaker, and holds a Master's in School Psychology. After nearly a decade working in education—from Teach For America classrooms to the University of Missouri—she became fascinated by the connection between stress, the nervous system, and the body.

Today, she blends yoga, nervous system education, and embodied coaching to create classes that are both grounding and empowering. Her teaching emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, and choice, helping students build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with themselves.

Abbie believes yoga is about more than flexibility—it's an opportunity to feel at home in your body, build resilience, and leave feeling more present, centered, and alive.

When she's not teaching or coaching, you'll likely find her hiking, walking her dog, practicing Pilates, traveling, reading, or spending time outdoors.
